Yesterday I got the itch to redo the main page while in the parking lot waiting for my first class to start. So I busted out my laptop and started work on it. There was just one problem, I didn't know what I wanted. So throughout the day, the page was void of any personality and left with a basic design. Finally, I realized what I wanted and finished it up, implemented it partially into IPB, and before I knew it it was 2 in the morning. It is now almost 3, and I am ready to hit the sack. But before I do, I want to say I hope you enjoy the new main page.
Slightly Asleep,
Matt

That's right, Gabion Studios is officially back from the dead!
After over a year and a half of the domain being lost in addition to the time after the whole UTRP ordeal, Gabion Studios is back, and thistime with a vengeance.
"So, what's the goal now Matt?"
The goal is simple actually. We're going to take Half-Life 2, make a total conversion mod that is a spiritual successor to The Specialists. Can't be too hard now, can it?
Okay, I'm not going to lie to you, the general range of success for a mod I would assume is around 5% or lower. Most mod breakdowns are caused by one major factor - the leadership. If you do not have asolid leadership and you haven't a clue what you're doing, you will fail.
But you see, this is where things are different. I know what I'm doing, I've learned from experience and mistakes in the past how to get our mod into that slim success category. I have a passion for making games, and I plan to stick to this mod to the end. I don't care how long it takes, we will succeed.
We can do this. We will do this. And we will succeed.
Welcome to the revolution...
- Matt
